About Us

Lisa was raised on a ranch in Canby, OR. She spent her life caring for animals including, dogs, cats, pigs, chickens, cows, and horses. She has worked as a horse trainer, elementary school teacher, dog trainer and business owner. Lisa holds a MAT(Master of Arts in Teaching), She has certifications in dog training, dog behavior, and dog tricks training. 

Jessica has been with SDD since early 2017. She is an accredited and certified dog trainer, CGC evaluator, and a certified Joel Silverman dog trainer. She has been involved with dogs since the day she was born. Her mother is a groomer, her stepdad owns a dog boarding facility. She was literally born to be in this business. 

Lillian has been with SDD since 2017. She started as a bather and was quickly promoted to a groomer. She is our master groomer and trains all our bathers. She lives with her husband, mother, son and daughter, 6 dogs and 2 cats! She juggles it all beautifully! 

Nikki started training with SDD in 2023. She has worked as a vet tech, a groomer and pet stylist, and a dog trainer. Nikki has won several awards for her skill in pet styling. Her passion is dog agility! She brings such enthusiasm and joy to the sport!   

Chandra started with SDD in early 2023. She began  her career in the pet care industry by walking and training dogs for people in her neighborhood. 

Nevayah is an avid horse lover. Along with her canine, Jary, she spends most of her free time with her menagery of animals at home, or at the barn with her horse. She is studying grooming under our Master Groomer Lillian and hopes to one day own her own groom shop. 

Rebecca came to SDD in early 2023. She moved to Oregon from Ohio. She comes to us with 3 years experience in doggy daycare, and vet tech experience. She was promoted to a lead position while working in Ohio. She brings her leadership skills to the Suite Team. Thereby making the team reach a little higher every day to go that extra mile for the dogs and kitties we care for.
